Buy Organic, Buy Local Organic, Support your local organic growers.... better still, become a local organic grower.

Even if you only have room for fresh organic herbs on your window sill, you can improve your health, your communities health, your states health, your countries health, the Earths health by reducing your reliance on unsustainable, chemical dependent agricultural practices.

Oooops, I'll get of my soapbox now. :-) Love your work.

While I'm a reasonably intelligent person, I read some of your posts and just bow in your direction.

A thought on food...

I used to shrug off the movement by so many to buy organic. Actually, I laughed at it. All it represented to me was higher grocery bills. Enter Wendy (@MyGreenSide). Next entrance: Her family's wonderful organic farm in western Wisconsin (beef, lamb, chickens, honey, jams, vegetables, fruit, children...ok, not children).

Between all of them, I've learned enough to last a lifetime. Namely, it's insane NOT to buy organic. And buying local is the way to go. 100 times out of 100.

There is nothing better than getting fresh everything to make for our daughters. And when we do buy at stores, it's organic...it's local.

It's simply the right thing to do.

I now need to end this comment so that I might attempt to spell the chemical names you've laid out.
