The laughable clown in the video above, is on Exxon Mobile’s payroll and is trying to convince a skeptical Senate committee that we should compare today’s world, to that of the pre-Jurassic period, 30 Million years ago.

Princeton University Atomic Physicist Dr. William Happer testified before the Senate’s Environment and Public Works Committee on the 25th, claiming that the real concern is a ‘CO2 famine’.

We appreciate Senator Barbara Boxer’s reaction to this paid mouthpiece of the fossil fuel lobby. It’s good to see that there is some common sense within our government, though too often, in short supply.

What is the one biggest thing that we can do to send a message? The next time you stop to buy gas, drive on by the Exxon station. My wife and I have been boycotting them for over 5 years.

It is unbelievable that My Happer could actually make his little speech with a straight face…

It is baffling to me how Dr Happer thinks it would be fine to have coastal cities under water, billions of people starving, and how Earth could be a “prosperous place.” This is irrational at best.

This guy is incredible. I am truly impressed at how he can sit there spouting such fantastical untruths with such sincerity. Exxon must be so thrilled with his performance!!

wow… He did sound nervous at the end where he was reading from his notes…

He sure did. He knows he’s doing wrong, regardless of how much he’s getting paid to do it. Selling your soul would be a scary thing to do, me thinks.

It is interesting how he tries to twist a true statement into something that means we should do nothing about global climate change. Barbara Boxer is right…while things may have been hunky-dory during the Peistocene, none of the continents were where they are now, and many of those places were under water! In other words, we can happily go back to those times, as long as we are willing to give up almost every major city on the planet!

What a moron!
