Great to see is rooting. We are starting ‘transition towns’ across UK. Here in Scotland, a large piece of land in the local town, Forres, is set aside for exactly that; local land is being used by local people to grow local food. In addition, whatever is done with love reflects on the outcome; loving food that feeds they body and soul so much better than commercially grown food.
